You can request an exchange if:

• The size doesn’t fit
• The item is damaged or defective
• You received the wrong product

Conditions

• Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags
• Exchange is subject to stock availability

Exchange Process

• Contact our team with your order details and reason for exchange
• Our team will confirm availability of the replacement item
• Ship the item back as instructed
• Once received, we will dispatch your replacement

Charges

• Customers may need to pay delivery charges for exchanges
• In case of damaged or wrong item, exchange will be free of cost
